Getting a divorce and having a custody battle is a very stressful situation to find yourself in. A friend of mine knew the stress I was going through, and referred me to Esther Panitch. During our initial meeting Esther listened to my concerns and help me come up with the best path. During this ordeal she was nothing but professional and was always there to answer any questions that should arise. Before the court dates she was always there early to make sure that we were prepared for the day to come. Her integrity was genuine. Although Esther was easy to talk to in the courtroom she was something else. I was thoroughly impressed with her zealous representation. I would never wish what I went through on someone else. However, if you find yourself in this situation I would definitely recommend Esther.

Esther has been, not only a great lawyer, but someone who I would consider a friend. She truly cares about you as a person and will do whatever she can to help. Her ability to explain your options and lead you down the right path is second to none, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a lawyer who will actually take the time to understand YOU and how to best help you in a situation. I hope that I have to NEVER use her again, but if anything happened, there is no one other than her that I would want my defense's hands in.

Thankfully, I had an amicable divorce. Esther and her wonderful go to person, Rachel, were very helpful and made my experience very easy. I knew they were there for any questions or concerns I had, and always answered me very quickly. I know had things not been so amicable, they would have been just as awesome! They were very professional and guided me through every step. They couldn't have made this process any easier. I really appreciate the help they gave me.

I should have sought legal representation for my circumstance long before I ultimately did. I think many years of doubt, fueled by misinformation about the chances of fathers in the legal system, prevented me from even seeking legal advice. Something along the lines of "The legal system is biased in favor or mothers. You know fathers don't stand a chance in the courtroom." is representative of the sentiments I had heard many times over the years. Another sentiment I heard growing up is "You'll do something when you're sick and tired of being sick and tired." The latter sentiment is what finally compelled me to seek representation. As most do, I contacted family, friends, and acquaintances and communicated with lawyers that came via recommendation. All were either prohibitively expensive or invariably lacked some quality that made me uncomfortable with their services. By a stroke of luck, fate, or divine intervention I was referred to Esther through Prepaid Legal at the time. I met with her, not really knowing how I would afford it, but I knew I had to do something. Esther was professional, compassionate and relatable. She worked on my case that night. Esther was thorough, pragmatic, and passionate in her approach to my case. Initially, my vehicle was caught up in the litigation, and she gave me a ride to every court appearance. Eventually, I got my car back, but most importantly, I got my kids back, full custody. All of the doubt that had initially plagued my decision was removed. Fathers absolutely do stand a chance in the courtroom...especially if they have Esther.

I retained Ester after my consult. I felt that she was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about family law. I was going through a divorce and had many questions and concerns. Each time I communicated it was either via phone or email. I found Ester’s response time to be exceptional and always reassuring. She and her staff made my very emotional experience less stressful. On my court date Ester arrived way before scheduled so that we could go over key items and reassured me that the end results would be to my satisfaction. Through the entire process I felt like Ester had my best interest. I would highly recommend her and her staff for legal consult.

I retainer Esther for my DUI case in Cartersville. She was on top of it the entire time. For one of my hearings, I did not have a way there, and she had me meet her and drove me there (that's dedication). She fought for me and I received a $1600 fine and 40 hours of community service. No jail time. She did amazing and I was so happy I retained her. I definitely recommend her to my friends whenever they are looking for an attorney.

I retained Esther Panitch for a TPO and she was wonderful! She was great at my hearing, fought for me to have an extended TPO and the Judge granted it. I was so happy when we left the hearing!
Thank you again!!

I retained Esther Panitch for a simple First Offender case as a result of a bad car accident. I decided to go with her based on recommendations. Just like the other reviews, she doesnt respond to phone calls, doesnt have a clue about the cases and mixes the details up most times, and one instance, she failed to show up in court for my hearing. It was so bad I decided to retain the services of a new lawyer. Ofcourse I never got my money back even though she had been fully paid and the case was clearly unresolved. Once the new lawyer was retained things moved along quicker and ultimately the case was resolved with minimal effort. Today (2 years later) the case has been closed and I have received an order of discharge for my case. I would not recommend her to anyone because she did not act in my interest, did not show any empathy for me and took a very unprofessional and laid back approach to my case.

I was recently arrested for a municipal violation and my neighbor recommended Esther. The location was convenient and when we discussed my case, I left her office with the hope of keeping my license and staying probation free. Using her knowledge of the technical details of my case and her persuasive charms (I guess), she was able to plead my case down to a charge of disorderly conduct. I paid a small fine and left court knowing I'd retained the right lawyer.
