I am a native Georgian, born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta. I graduated from Milton High School in Alpharetta, Georgia in 1999 and then attended the University of Alabama for my undergraduate studies. After my time at Alabama, I worked for Progressive Insurance as an adjuster in Alpharetta, Georgia for almost four years before attending law school at Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. After graduation from law school, I sat for the Georgia Bar Exam in July of 2011 and then left for Denver, Colorado to pursue an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Denver. While working towards the LL.M, I worked as a student attorney with the University of Denver Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and was a senior loss mitigation analyst for a foreclosure audit.
When I am not working with clients I enjoy spending time my wife, Melissa, and our dog Tanner. I also enjoys hitting the links for a round of golf, skiing, visiting the lake, and I am an avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan.
