Robert Carroll Newcomer

I am a LEED AP, a member of the Georgia Chapter of USGBC and a Director of the Green Chamber of the South. I am an active member of the Atlanta District Council of the Urban Land Institute serving currently as Co-chair of its Community Assistance Sub-committee/Sustainability Committee and a member of its Technical Advisory Panel Committee. I am a past chair of the Environmental & Toxic Tort section and a current member of the Environmental, Real Estate and Litigation sections of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Litigation, Environmental and Real Property sections of the Georgia Bar Association.

I also serve on the Board of E. E. Newcomer Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned business providing residential and commercial door products and related services. I am a founding member and legal advisor to One Team at a Time, Inc., a Georgia non-profit working with the Burundian community in Atlanta to provide soccer clothing and equipment to teams in Burundi in support of peace and ethnic reconciliation.
