Ilene Ferenczy is an employee benefits attorney practicing in California and Georgia for 17+years. A member of the benefits community since 1977, Ms. Ferenczy has also been a consultant and TPA for retirement plans. She represents clients in all areas of employee benefits, including IRS and DOL audits, plan documentation, compliance reviews and corrections, benefits in M&A situations, and plan design.
