I retained David and his firm to prepare and submitt my naturalization application. This is was done very thorougly in less than a week. Following application submission, David and his staff monitored its progress and instructed me as to the details on all required steps along the way. David's knowledge of the law is nothing short of incredible. I very much enjoyed his hands-on personal approach and attention to details which instills both trust and confidence and trust in his clients. I am a post doctoral researcher in Physics and I received the service of Mr. David Soloway for my application for immigrant visa status through EB2/National Interest Waiver. I was lucky enough to hire David Soloway and his law firm for my EB-1 petition for a green card. Quite simply, I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism, competence, attention to detail, effectiveness, communication and courtesy with their client. You can't go wrong with these guys.

In May 2008, USCIS approved my NIW (national interest waiver) petition, which was carefully prepared by attorney David Soloway. Without David's professionalism, I can never get through this.

My background is indeed weak: 3 first author papers (Ph.D.work), 6 independent citations as of priority date, no patent, and no media report. Also, my postdoctoral work seems to layman to be in a totally different field than my Ph.D work. Before I knew David, I have consulted 5 other attorneys. In the process of preparing my case, David Soloway is very responsive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He is extremely careful in revising each of my draft letters. For example, proper words are carefully selected; each conclusion in the letter is supported by sufficient evidence, easy to understand for layman. More importantly, David revised my letters and adds many thoughtful comments in the letter to avoid exposing my weakness and highlight my strength. For example, one leading scientist in major industry ever wrote an email to me to request my research work. Since my mind is focused on collecting literature citations, I never paid any attention to this until David reminded me of the importance of this letter. This letter shows that the request of major industry about my research demonstrate my significant impact. This is much more important than many literature citations. With David’s help, the petition looks very persuadable. After submission, David told me: “In my professional view, USCIS should and will approve your case”. BTW, David is also very very careful in response to my email; he always got back to me within one day and supplied sufficient information to answer variety of my questions.

Therefore, I strongly and sincerely recommend David Soloway and gave this lawyer an excellent rating.
