Thank you for visiting my profile. I represent people (predominately employees) who have issues with their employers. This involves discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, overtime claims, whistleblowers, EEOC matters and other employment related matters. I also handle personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.
Additionally I represent parties in Georgia Department of Labor unemployment compensation appeals throughout the State of Georgia. Also, I have an active practice in the field of mediation throughout the country.
I have a very client related practice and treat my clients the way I want to be treated. That is with a friendly, professional, and responsive manner in everything I do to ensure that I provide excellent service to my clients who are honoring me by engaging my services and trusting me to help them.
