Description:High School student was stopped on his way to class during the school day when an administrator smelled the odor of pot. Upon a search of his person, he was found to be in possession of two hydrocodone tablets. After meeting with the District Attorney and discussing all the ways our motion to suppress would likely succeed, the State agreed to reduce the charges to misdemeanor possession of medication not in original container.
