CIax worked for me on difficult complex litigation which was already in a lawsuit formerly being handled by another lawyer (very well known in a large firm with his name on it in Atlanta) that we had to let go after the case was filed. The difference in the representation was immediately obvious. His knowledge of key legal matters is excellent as well as his knowledge on relatively less significant issues. He is a superior researcher, very knowledgeable and convincing writer, and loyal as well as trustworthy to a fault. I can't conceive of any problem he could not strategize thoroughly and completely. Most lawyers either never go to trial or try a dozen or fewer cases to juries in their career. Clax has more than 200 jury trials in several states to his credit. I wouldn't think of going with another attorney if I was thinking of hiring someone to represent me.
Mr. Claxton name came up frequently on a lot of web sites. My name and picture were put on local television
web site as being involved in prostitution that was part of story run on broadcast. After meeting, bill wrote letter to tv station with a copy of the lawsuit he was going to file. The company met and asked us to go to mediation where after a great power point presentation and 6 hours of negotiating, we settled the defamation case for great amount. Definitely worth going the best choice.

I hired Bill to represent me in a case where I was hit by a DUI driver while pulling out of my neighborhood. The accident was witnessed by an out of state Trooper who was in Atlanta
on vacation, who was also hit by the DUI. The case was defended by two lawyers who represented the drunk driver who was insured by State Farm. When we selected a jury, the case was going so good, that the lawyers asked for a break, talked to State Farm for about an hour and finally agreed to settle the case for almost $200,000 even though I only had less than $10,000 in medical bills. The State Trooper called Bill after the case was over and he said he wished he had hired my lawyer because the lawyer who represented him only got him a few thousand dollars in settlement

Bill represented me in a case where I was hauled away by Police and locked up because someone said I had a dog in a swimming pool in my apartment complex. We went to Trial and won big against the apartment complex who had an off duty policeman living at the complex arrest me. Bill put tons of hours into my case and no one could do a better job of representing me. Very, Very Happy with his representation

I hired Bill to Represent Me in a Battery and False Imprisonment Action Against Home Depot and the loss prevention goons that worked for them in Florida.
Bill was not intimidated by Home Depot's Aggressive Lawyers Who were constantly Trying To Intimidate us. He kept pushing to case toward trial in Federal Court and a month before trial was to begin , Bill presented a powerful powerpoint at mediation and Home Depot settled our case for more than I had ever hoped to get. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best prototype fearless attorney,,.

Bill is not only a great attorney, but is a great friend since I hired him to handle my case. He always answers his own phone, is available by cell and takes as long as necessary to answer my questions. He is very well known among other attorneys in Georgia and is well respected by his adversaries. Bill is known as a bull dog because he is so tenacious . I think he is more like Columbo because no one understands why he is doing what he does, but in the end, he has has totally confounded the other attorney and pulls off the ultimate evidence to win the case. He is so talented and diligent and never ignores his clients.
