Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Review Panel Reprimand
    issued in GA, 2011

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the pubic in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Hassan’s comment: “Client and his wife were charged with Identity Fraud. Wife was convicted and husband charges were dismissed. Client claimed that he does not speak English and that he did not understand our written fee agreement.”
