i have mr.Ginsberg as my lawyer for my social security disibility case,and he is a great lawyer. he asks good questions,and really listens to you when you have a question. he is very knowledgeable and is good with keeping me informed with my case. i would highly recommend Mr.Ginsberg if you need help with your social security disibility case.

Mr. Ginsberg is a gentle person who doesn't make everything to technical for your to understand. When he speaks to you he makes sure you can understand what is going on and when he talks to the people who need to hear the legal jargon that when he uses it. This was very important to me because I like to understand what is going on and he made that part very simple.

I tend to be impatient but no matter how many times I called it was never as if I was bothering him. He was a real help because I had been turned down initially for my social security not understanding that this was a normal process. He made the whole process so much easier. I was glad that I didn't have to file appeals or deal with the legalities of trying to make it all work when you are sick. It is so frustrating to have to be denied without any type of sympathetic ear.

He was also very straight forward about my personal case as to whether he thought I could even get social security. I enjoyed working with him and have already recommended him to two other people.

Jonathan was an amazing help to me and my wife throughout the bankruptcy process. After I went into the hospital and subsequently lost my job, we were in a really bad position financially. Filing for SS disability is a completely overwhelming process, especially when you are sick! I had no idea where to begin. After researching many different sources, I purchased Mr. Ginsberg's Disability Answer Guide. I am so glad that I did. It spells out the process for you, including samples of how to fill things out. This is crucial for me. His website is also a wealth of information on SS disability.
I had some additional questions & emailed Jonathan. He actually called me on the phone and talked me through my concerns for quite a long time.
