I am a practicing attorney devoted to assisting people with difficult legal problems particularly those involving alcohol and drug use. As a former assistant district attorney, I learned the ins and outs of criminal practice and criminal procedure.
I enjoy meeting new people even under difficult circumstances and make every effort to leave those I work with better off both legally and personally.
I have been married to Catherine Ann Thomas of Columbia, South Carolina for over 20 years and we have lived in Atlanta, Georgia for most of that time. We have three children, Tommy, Margaret, and Anna.
The family enjoys historical reenacting, theater, reading and watching each other play soccer.
If I can be of assistance regarding any of your legal needs please let me know.

I endorse this lawyer. Tom and I have been partners for the last 13 years. His office is next to mine. When I have a question or an idea, I generally run it by Tom. He has probably tried as many jury trials as any metro Atlanta DUI lawyer. He does not boast or brag, but his results are outstanding. Every prosecutor in town knows Tom and knows that he won"t back down. Further, he is always negotiating deals for his clients that amaze me. I am proud to be partners with Tom.
Lawrence Kohn DUI & DWI Attorney
As a partner at Head, Thomas, Webb & Willis, Mr. Thomas devotes his practice to defending those accused of DUI crimes in Georgia. Over the past 4 years, Tom has been a mentor, always teaching me how to more effectively analyze cases and obtain results for my clients. I would refer friends and family to Tom without hesitation, no matter what legal problems they are facing. With over 18 years experience, Tom has faced and defended just about every legal scenario you can think of.
