Jim did an absolutely fantastic job on a mediation I had recently in a very difficult case. The client had significant injuries, but the case also had some causation problems. Jim related extremely well with my clients and gained their confidence. He also continuously pushed the other side to get the case resolved. He is someone who both sides can trust to work hard to get the case settled.
