Frank Burns has been practicing as a personal injury attorney for over 30 years. His experience and expertise are superior. His career began with a large insurance defense firm so he has a unique perspective for his own practice representing injured plaintiffs.
In addition to zealously representing all of his clients, he serves the legal community in many other capacities including many years of service on the GA State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He has published numerous articles regarding workers’ compensation and is a frequent speaker on the topic at conferences and seminars.
I absolutely recommend Mr. Burns to anyone who needs personal injury representation and especially workers’ compensation matters.
I thought I hired Mr.Burns.He told me how great my case was and all the thigs he was going to do forme.Well I thought I hired Mr.Burns but he pawned me off to the youngest lawyer in his firm..Shewasonlythe time sh(whiwant her in thefirstplace)She constantly bumbled my case she couldnt seem to ever remember my phone #. Everytime I talked to her i had to constantly keep her straight on the facts of my case and in Mediation she was going to take LEDSs money than they offered.I had to fight for myself to get extre money. These are the worst Lawyers I have ever seen !!!!
I had to hire a lawyer to handle my workers compensation case.
I did research and after reviewing many law firms and lawyers I decided to hire J. Frank Burns firm. It was a great decision, they gave me an honest assessment of my claim and I was satisfied with the outcome of my case. If I had to hire a lawyer again I would have no problem using them.
Frank and his assoc. seem to me to be very knowlagable with all aspects of my case. They are all working very politley and interested in my case like I am a person not just a case number.
