About Me

Greg is a Superlawyer that is willing to go to jail to protect his clients.  In 2003, he spent four days in jail to protect a client from an unfair judge (the judge lost his job soon after this).  Greg won the trial after the judge was replaced.  Greg has the most advanced training on DUI's available.  A free consultation with Greg is priceless to your case. Greg regularly challenges the accuracy of both breath and blood tests and is recognized for exposing weaknesses in the forensic science used in breath and blood testing. Greg as recently as February of 2015, received a favorable ruling from the Supreme Court of Georgia that could affect the admissibility of breath tests in Georgia moving forward.  Due to his success in court and his appeals, Greg has been recognized as one of the top DUI lawyers in Georgia and the United States.  In addition to the most recent case, Greg has successfully appealed numerous other cases to Georgia’s highest court and has petitioned the United States Supreme Court in numerous cases.  Greg Willis graduated from the University of Georgia Law School in 1996. Since then, he has dedicated his legal career to defending Georgia residents accused of DUI and possession of drugs.  Greg is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the National College of DUI Defense, and Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

  • Patrick Applegate Kunes

Greg is a rare type of lawyer that will relentless fight for his clients, even if the State is pulling punches and making it very difficult for him. He leads the charge in Georgia (with his Parker v. State appeal) in trying to acquire crucial "source code" data from breath-testing machine manufacturers. His fight affects not just his client, but ALL persons accused of DUI in Georgia. His noble attempt to level the playing field is commendable, and his dedication to clients is unmatched.
