Ms. Kresky is a partner at Ichter Kresky & Associates where she represents high net worth individuals in complex domestic relations matters (divorce, equitable division, custody, modifications, paternity, legitimation, grandparent rights, domestic violence, contempt, post-divorce litigation, and trust/estate litigation). She also drafts and litigates pre and post nuptial agreements. She has substantial experience in the management of complex and high dollar business and intellectual property litigation.
She has been lead counsel in a wide variety of cases. She has first chair jury and non-jury experience and has handled numerous mediations and arbitrations.
Ms. Kresky has written, edited, taught, and spoken on family law matters, discovery and civil procedure issues, and torts.
Ms. Kresky graduated cum laude from Emory University School of Law where she was elected to Order of the Coif. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Colby College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned a masters degree in political science at Columbia University before entering law school.
