For more than 20 years I have vigorously fought for the accused facing federal and state criminal charges. By focusing exclusively on defending people charged with serious crimes I am able to provide clients with knowledgeable and experienced representation.
Over the years I have acquitted clients of murder, rape, armed robbery, gang conspiracy, racketeering, aggravated assault, firearm offenses, drug trafficking, distribution and possession, medicaid fraud, mortgage fraud, theft and property offenses.
Similarly, through investigation and research, I have had cases dismissed by being fully prepared. When going to trial is not in the client's best interest I have achieved creative solutions and in many cases successfully argued for probation.
My goal is to achieve the best possible result for my clients. I recognize that the outcome of the case may have a lasting impact on the client's life.
