Matt was a referral from someone who'd known someone else who'd used his services. I had a traffic violation and was facing a fine, points and general unpleasantness. As someone with a spotless driving record and an aversion to being in trouble, I realized that having legal representation was the best way for me to go. Matt was professional and kind, and we handled about 95 percent of the business by phone or email. I met him once and felt comfortable and relieved about the type of counsel he recommended and would provide. Because of his professional relationships in the justice system, my problems seemed to dissipate i.e., there was no fine and the offense was dropped to being non-reportable: my insurance wouldn't be affected. I was so much at ease that I forgot about the court date because he was going to be there in my stead. Not having to worry about something like that put my mind at ease, and I would recommend him to anyone who has a problem. He's not slick, and I didn't think he was trying to be clever. Matt's just a really nice and genuine guy, and I'm glad that our paths crossed. He also explained things to me more than once, and I liked that he was so patient. I was still dealing with the shock of my accident, and I don't think I processed things as quickly as I usually do. More than anything I needed the reassurance that things were going to be ok, and Matt provided that. He was also sure to give me the best and worst case scenarios, so I didn't feel as if anything were being hidden or not explained. The other thing that convinced me to go with him was his Facebook page: there wasn't anything crazy on it. Yes, I'm a Gen X-er who believes some things shouldn't be there for the world to see. If you have a legal problem, please use Matt. If ever I were to get into a legal situation again, I'd call him without a second thought.
Matthew was incredibly responsive to my needs and got specific answers I needed for a legal issue very quickly. He took my concerns seriously, was very respectful, and worked quickly to give me the information (and peace of mind) I needed to put my legal concerns at rest. He was genuinely on my side and worked hard to use his connections to the legal system and other legal professionals to get answers. Very confident and easy to work with attorney. He showed great respect for my needs.
I was very pleased to have worked with Mr. McNally. He handled my cases in an efficient manner and was able to get the results that I expected at a reasonable price. I am now a lisenced driver again because of him after being on suspension for five years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.
I am one of Matt McNally’s most recent clients. I was arrested for a misdemeanor and wasn’t able to make it to court many times due to my move out of state. Matt McNally came to every one of my court hearings and even appeared for me when I couldn’t. He discussed all options available to me, emailed court documents, and worked in my favor for the best outcome. The case was dismissed and I never had to sit in court for an excessive amount of time. I would recommend McNally’s services to anyone with a case.
I contacted Mr. McNally in March regarding a Hit-and-Run case. I was very upset and had no clue what to do in my situation! Matt and his staff immediately set my mind at ease. He handled all of the legwork, and went above and beyond my expectations in more ways than I can begin to describe. Matt was able to get the fines SIGNIFICANTLY reduced and the charges dropped to a much less severe charge. By the end of the whole ordeal, I felt that I not only had a knowledgeable, tenacious attorney in my corner, but that I had also gained a friend. I hope to never need the services of an attorney again, but should the need ever arise, Matthew McNalley will be my first and only call.
After my son got a speeding ticket on 285, I searched for an Atlanta area lawyer via AVvo. Two responded, but Mr. McNally told me I did not need a lawyer, what to say and ask for in court, and offered his help only if the outcome was not satisfactory. I was impressed by his integrity in offering me helpful consultation and accurate insight about the court without my actually hiring him. This is a good man, and should I need a lawyer in Atlanta in the future, I will contact him. Incidentally, we followed his advice and the speeding charge was reduced.
Mr. McNally is one of the best lawyers in the Atlanta area. I had consultations with several firms and after long discussions and evaluations, I decided to go with the MTM law firm. Matthew put in long dedicated hours and delivered on everything he promised. He was a phone call away when I had any questions, and he always explained what was going on thoroughly. Hopefully I'm never in a situation like that again, but if i was, my only choice would be Mr. McNally.
I am a private investigator in the Atlanta area that specializes in criminal defense cases. I have the opportunity to work with many attorneys and wanted to take a moment to recognize Matt's recent dismissal of a client charged with armed robbery. The client was himself a victim of a burglary and was only attempting recover his own belongings when he found himself charged with a felony. It was because of the constant level of personal involvement in the clients case that Matt was able to get the case dismissed at the preliminary hearing. Getting a dismissal that early on is rare and usually unobtainable. I commend Matt for the job he did and more than than that...I commend Matt for being the type of Attorney that stays in contact with his clients and or their family's. Many attorneys are great in court, it is the "hands on digging in deep" through the duration of the case that separates Matt from many lawyers.
Congratulations to Matt for being able to get the case resolved and his client out of jail after several weeks of waiting for his preliminary hearing.
I had a 20 year old FTA and my US (Georgia) license remained suspended for so long. Matt was extremely helpful and instrumental to pull the hard to find files at Atlanta Muni (from the 1990s) effectively liaising with both - the Court and the DDS.
I highly recommend him as a professional, well-networked, and highly dedicated attorney. He is simply the best. Thank you!
I've sought legal counsel from Mr. McNally on multiple occasion.
He has EXCEEDED my expectations every time!
He was able to have my DUI case completely dismissed and a separate case reduced without having to pay any fines, incur probation, or any other impositions.
Whenever I need to speak with him he has always been readily available, even on the weekend and outside "regular" business hours. He has made himself so available that sometimes I feel bad for asking him some stupid legal question at 9p.m. on a Saturday!!
Simply put, he goes above and beyond. He will handle your case with respect, answer your questions with prompt and real courtesy and he speaks to you like a person, not like a client thats been passed down the legal machine.
Please, do yourself a favor, contact him! One conversation with him about whatever legal trouble you are in will take a significant amount of stress off your shoulders!!
