I am one of Matt McNally’s most recent clients. I was arrested for a misdemeanor and wasn’t able to make it to court many times due to my move out of state. Matt McNally came to every one of my court hearings and even appeared for me when I couldn’t. He discussed all options available to me, emailed court documents, and worked in my favor for the best outcome. The case was dismissed and I never had to sit in court for an excessive amount of time. I would recommend McNally’s services to anyone with a case.
I contacted Mr. McNally in March regarding a Hit-and-Run case. I was very upset and had no clue what to do in my situation! Matt and his staff immediately set my mind at ease. He handled all of the legwork, and went above and beyond my expectations in more ways than I can begin to describe. Matt was able to get the fines SIGNIFICANTLY reduced and the charges dropped to a much less severe charge. By the end of the whole ordeal, I felt that I not only had a knowledgeable, tenacious attorney in my corner, but that I had also gained a friend. I hope to never need the services of an attorney again, but should the need ever arise, Matthew McNalley will be my first and only call.
After my son got a speeding ticket on 285, I searched for an Atlanta area lawyer via AVvo. Two responded, but Mr. McNally told me I did not need a lawyer, what to say and ask for in court, and offered his help only if the outcome was not satisfactory. I was impressed by his integrity in offering me helpful consultation and accurate insight about the court without my actually hiring him. This is a good man, and should I need a lawyer in Atlanta in the future, I will contact him. Incidentally, we followed his advice and the speeding charge was reduced.
Mr. McNally is one of the best lawyers in the Atlanta area. I had consultations with several firms and after long discussions and evaluations, I decided to go with the MTM law firm. Matthew put in long dedicated hours and delivered on everything he promised. He was a phone call away when I had any questions, and he always explained what was going on thoroughly. Hopefully I'm never in a situation like that again, but if i was, my only choice would be Mr. McNally.
I am a private investigator in the Atlanta area that specializes in criminal defense cases. I have the opportunity to work with many attorneys and wanted to take a moment to recognize Matt's recent dismissal of a client charged with armed robbery. The client was himself a victim of a burglary and was only attempting recover his own belongings when he found himself charged with a felony. It was because of the constant level of personal involvement in the clients case that Matt was able to get the case dismissed at the preliminary hearing. Getting a dismissal that early on is rare and usually unobtainable. I commend Matt for the job he did and more than than that...I commend Matt for being the type of Attorney that stays in contact with his clients and or their family's. Many attorneys are great in court, it is the "hands on digging in deep" through the duration of the case that separates Matt from many lawyers.
Congratulations to Matt for being able to get the case resolved and his client out of jail after several weeks of waiting for his preliminary hearing.
I had a 20 year old FTA and my US (Georgia) license remained suspended for so long. Matt was extremely helpful and instrumental to pull the hard to find files at Atlanta Muni (from the 1990s) effectively liaising with both - the Court and the DDS.
I highly recommend him as a professional, well-networked, and highly dedicated attorney. He is simply the best. Thank you!
I've sought legal counsel from Mr. McNally on multiple occasion.
He has EXCEEDED my expectations every time!
He was able to have my DUI case completely dismissed and a separate case reduced without having to pay any fines, incur probation, or any other impositions.
Whenever I need to speak with him he has always been readily available, even on the weekend and outside "regular" business hours. He has made himself so available that sometimes I feel bad for asking him some stupid legal question at 9p.m. on a Saturday!!
Simply put, he goes above and beyond. He will handle your case with respect, answer your questions with prompt and real courtesy and he speaks to you like a person, not like a client thats been passed down the legal machine.
Please, do yourself a favor, contact him! One conversation with him about whatever legal trouble you are in will take a significant amount of stress off your shoulders!!
I have had the misfortune to need Mr. McNally’s services twice in the recent past. He took every parent’s nightmare and turned it into a manageable situation. He responded quickly to my family’s needs and reassured me immediately just by explaining what to expect and what needed to be done going forward. He is the complete antithesis of the typical attorney stereotype. He is honest, very knowledgeable of how the “system” works, compassionate, and fair. He called me back on a Sunday and got the ball rolling that very day. He quoted a price for his services and even though the case was drawn out over a year, the price remained the same and the result was the best possible outcome. Through his expertise in dealing with prosecutors and judges, he was able to take a second offense and have an equally positive outcome in a situation that could have and should have gone the other way. He is a Godsend and I would highly recommend him to anyone involved with a drug or DUI arrest, or any other type of arrest within his specialty. His paralegal, Melodie Reynolds, is also excellent - knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt in all of my dealings with her.
My underage daughter (19 years old) was arrested by Smyrna Police with a DUI, MIP, driving without a driver’s license on her person and speeding (57 in a 35). In a panic, I called Matthew McNally. He was the bright spot in this entire traumatic experience.
I’ve never hired an attorney before. He called me back very quickly after I left a message and explained all of my options – including not hiring an attorney. I was impressed with the quick response and that HE called me, not an assistant.
He was extremely responsive to me and to my daughter, over the phone, via email and via text. He met with us twice before our court date and we never felt rushed. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and accessible. He was also very kind and made us feel comfortable. I think these attributes helped him in court negotiating with the police, prosecutor and judge. He was able to get the underage DUI reduced to Reckless Driving and got the other 3 charges dropped.
I'm a fan and want to shout from the rooftops that he’s the best!
Kudos to his paralegal Melodie Reynolds as well. She runs an organized office and is also responsive, friendly and attentive.
I got busted for DUI after havng just a couple drinks. Bad luck! I wasn't going to hurt anyone. It was an awful experience i'm not proud of. I'm glad someone at work referred me to McNally. He made the most the of sitaution with minmal impact on my record.
