I got busted for DUI after havng just a couple drinks. Bad luck! I wasn't going to hurt anyone. It was an awful experience i'm not proud of. I'm glad someone at work referred me to McNally. He made the most the of sitaution with minmal impact on my record.

When I felt extremely helpless about the charges I was as facing I couldn’t have found a better person to represent me. Matthew’s, confidence, command of the law and his genuine concern for me and the outcome of my case let me know I was in the right hands.
 
He was readily available and would return my calls at any time of the day or week. I also could tell that the judge, lawyers and everyone in the court room had a distinct respect for him. I know that went a long way to getting me the best outcome for my case.
 
I was amazed that he had the charges expunged and this night mare is over thanks to him. I’m not sure I would have gotten the same results from anyone else.
 
It’s too bad the last reviewer didn’t hire Matthew. I NEVER found Mr. McNally to be anything but professional, caring and helpful. I very much think that person really got the wrong impression.

I contacted Mr. McNally concerning a friend who is incarcerated around the first week of September. I explained the situation to Mr. McNally who then stated that he would send out a contract via my email etc. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything in regards to the matter. I would not recommend Mr. McNally if you are seeking an Attorney, nor would I recommend him to change out a light bulb. Not only did he have a very condescending attitude over the telephone, he keep insinuating that I was a girlfriend to the person in question. After having to clear the matter up, Mr. McNally responed with "my bad". Very unprofessional in my opinion and with all due respect, it seemed as though Mr. McNally assumed I didn't have the monies to cover his legal fees, because he abruptly informed me that he didn't accept payment plans. I never inquired about a payment plan. What a joke.

THE BEST!!!! I Highly Recommend Mr. McNally For any legal problem you might have. He is very knowledgeable and professional and reliable. I would trust Matt with any legal advice or representation knowing that he always works with my best interest. I was involved in a hit and run case and Mr. McNally was able to get that reduced to only following too closely which only cost me a $400 fine. The small fee that i spent hiring Mr. McNally saved me a lot of money, time, and legal trouble that i would have paid for if I had not hired Matt. I was truly a stressful situation that i never had to bust a sweat for because Matt handled everything. I would definitely give him a five star rating and would recommend him to anyone facing any type of legal trouble big or small.

The judge must have been insane. She was bullying and imperious, saying she was going to fine me over a thousand dollars and give me a criminal record for not cutting some grass that no one ever told me I needed to cut! Even the solicitor was aghast. The way her honor backed down when Matthew took over reminded me of a lion retreating from the trainer's whip. Thanks to him I was able to pay a reasonable fine and be done with it.

Matther Mcnally is a really good lawyer. I got into some trouble last year and he helped get me right through with my charge being expunged on my record. I highly recommend him for whatever problem you're havin

It is not every day that I find myself in need of an attorney and when I was faced with a DUI I turned to Matt. He was excellent,his advice and knowledge of the law provided me with a great result. If you want an attorney who cares, he is the one.
