Description: December 21, 2011 On December 6, 2011, the Driver was arrested for DUI. Fifteen days later six charges were dropped, and the client pled guilty to one count of reckless driving. The driver was stopped for turning right on red where prohibited, failure to maintain lane, and improper stop at a red light. After field sobriety evaluations, the driver was arrested for DUI and refused to provide a breath sample. At arraignment, counsel negotiated a plea to reckless driving based on the manifestations in the incident report.
