Eric Bernstein pulled me out of a very unfortunate situation in Clayton County for a "supposed" DUI after the fourth of July. Clayton county is tough on these charges but he worked to get it reduced to a Reckless Driving. He made the process effortless and easy while keeping me informed of my various options.
Mr. Bernstein was very aware of my case. He was very prompt at letting me know everything that was going on and exactly what I had to do. He gives out his cell number in case you have any questions or concerns. He walked me through everything and represented me very well. I would highly recommend Mr Bernstein!!

From the first phone call, I could tell Eric had my best interest and was knowledgeable in what needed to get done. I had spoken to another lawyer before him but I felt much more confident and comfortable working with Eric. On my court date, I was out of the country but still Eric made sure to update me and even spoke to a family member to help work things through while I was gone. I could tell he really wanted to get things resolved but I couldn't tell that he had a lot of other clients, because I got such individualized and attentive attention. Highly recommended!

Mr. Bernstein was very helpful with my charge of a DUI. I was worried about how things might turn out due to my situation but he assured me that he would work effortlessly to handle my case, which relieved me tremendously given I live out of state. Overall I was very happy with my outcome, my charge was reduced to a reckless driving and I was able to keep my license. I would definitely give Mr. Bernstein an opportunity to help if you find yourself unfortunately in the same position I was in.

I am a property manager and had to call the police one evening to some tenants who were behaving in a disorderly manner. During my conversation with the tenants, with the police officer present, the police officer threatened not only the tenants with disorderly conduct, but myself as well. All I was doing was dealing with the situation in my capacity as property manager and at no time became "disorderly". I filed a complaint against the officer, which her captain did not appreciate, and he kept calling me wanting me to come to the station to "review" the video of the incident. I considered his phone calls to me to be nothing more than harassment. I'm sure his goal was to intimidate me to the point where I would withdraw my complaint, which I had no intention of doing. Mr. Bernstein advised me over the phone exactly what to say to him, and now his calls have stopped. I really appreciate Mr. Bernstein's assistance and advice to me. I'm 64 years old and have never been charged with anything before. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Evelyn

Eric did an amazing job in a very complicated situation, and honestly went above and beyond. He specifically stands out for his integrity, responsiveness, respect, knowledge, and motivation to fight to the end to achieve a win-win disposition. He frequently touched base with me by cell phone and email, often giving me real-time updates from his car, and has continued to work hard for my interests even after the case has been disposwd. Very much appreciated!

I had two DUI at one time. DUI (1) I got it in April 2014. He manage to switch it over to state court. So I still have my license into I go back to court which would take around two years. In Dec. 2014 I got DUI (2). We went to court for the DUI (2) and he won it for me with a Reckless Drivin Charge. I managed to get a Reckless Driving Charge, one year probation most important no jail time. The judge himself said "you have a good lawyer". Its hardly seen in court to win a second DUI when you have the first DUI pending. Thanks Eric for everything.
