Review Zahra Karinshak

About Me

I focus my practice on white collar criminal matters, corporate internal investigations, qui tam/false claims act/whistleblower suits, and complex civil litigation.  Before joining Krevolin & Horst, I served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia for 8 years.  My role as a federal prosecutor allowed me to gain extensive experience in conducting grand jury investigations, trials and prosecuting cases involving fraud, public corruption, money laundering, violent crimes, child exploitation, and immigration.  I have also briefed and argued cases before the Eleventh Circuit.  Prior to serving as a federal prosecutor, I served as the Deputy Executive Counsel to Georgia Governor Roy Barnes, was an associate at Sutherland, and clerked for the Honorable J.L. Edmondson, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

I have known Zahra since 2003 when we worked together in the United States Attorney's Office. Zahra earned a phenomenal resume (check out her work experience below--it is amazing). She has been successful at everything that she has done. In addition to being a top-notch trial lawyer, Zahra is also loved and respected in the legal community. She possesses the unique combination of being both a fierce litigator and a genuinely likeable person. I endorse Zahra.
