United States v. M-S

Roger C. Wilson

Case Conclusion Date:July 19, 2012

Practice Area:Federal Crime

Outcome:Dismissal of all charges after indictment and before trial.

Description:Represented client indicted on federal charges of conspiracy and manufacturing counterfeit identification documents. Our thorough defense investigation revealed that statements obtained from client by federal agents were misinterpreted by those agents and then by federal prosecutors, and also revealed witnesses who possessed information exculpatory of client. In negotiations with federal prosecutors using this information, a complete dismissal of all charges against client was obtained.
