Outcome: Fleeing and Eluding and Driving with Suspended were both Dismissed. Client plead Nolo Contendere to remaining three charges. No jail time. Client got 4 months house arrest.
Outcome: NO JAIL TIME. Home confinement. Standard minimum DUI consequences for a 2nd in 10 DUI.
Outcome: Speeding dismissed and Following Too Closely was reduced to a nonreportable offense with a minimal fee.
