Keith Evra is clear, concise and communicates what is needed to assist his excellent ability as an attorney as well as anyone I have every had the pleasure to deal with in a legal setting. I am in my 37th year in construction management and I believe i know the difference between adequate and excellent counsel.

I am a professional in my late 30's who never had a run-in with the law until earlier in 2014, when I fell asleep on a Southwest flight shortly after boarding. This followed a weekend where I was very busy with a family event and had worked well over 70 hours the week beforehand. I was absolutely exhausted, and evidently fell asleep after I was seated on the flight. The stewardess presumed I was intoxicated and subsequently made a few comments to the effect that I was drunk and was to leave the plane. I explained to her that I was exhausted & had not been well but that resulted in being mocked, falling on the jetway as I walked off, and being painfully restrained by multiple officers as I stood up. I felt as if I was in the middle of my worst nightmare, and the next thing I knew, I was in a prison cell facing felony obstruction of justice charges.
I never would have believed something like this even could happen, let alone to me, but realized regardless of my opinion of the situation, this debacle had the potential to devastate me personally and end my career. My only hope was the best, and I was fortunate enough to have a friend with law experience in Georgia (I was arrested in Hartsfield) who said that the toughest criminal cases go to Keith and David. I subsequently called Keith and paid the retainer fee that day.
I found Keith to be very matter-of-fact, which to me is a positive attribute in an attorney. He did not try to encourage false optimism or unrealistic expectations. He was very knowledgable about the system and the best options for me in both the short and the long term. Ultimately, he was able to present the facts of my case to the district attorney in a way that the DA was willing to allow me to enroll in a pretrial diversion program, upon successful completion of which the charges would be dropped and the arrest record sealed.
I attended the required course of the program, which I found to be presented quite well, and subsequently completed 80 hours of community service over a 2-month period. This can be reasonably accomplished after work and on weekends via 501 c3 nonprofit programs such as Goodwill, the Humane Society, and Reachout America. It was a small price to pay to have my life back, which I appreciate even more after having seen what it was like to spend the day in jail when I was arrested. I just successfully completed the program, and for Christmas this year the charges will be dropped!! I never plan on being in any sort of situation like this in the future, but would absolutely recommend Keith to anyone needing criminal defense. I have a few friends that are lawyers and even they said they were surprised Keith was able to successfully get the charges dropped. The price of your freedom is worth every dime!!

Mr. Evra took the initiative, explained all possible scenarios and allowed me to make an informed decision after weighing all the options. Mr. Evra was professional in his appearance and demeanor, had a great rapport with the judge and took excellent care of me.

I hired Mr. Evra to help me with a court appearance I had to make after I was pulled over. Keith really cared about my case, even though it was small, and treated it with the attention it needed. In the courtroom, he handled my case with exceptional skill and was able to convince the judge to let me go without paying the fine I should have payed (I was guilty of what I was pulled over for). I would highly recommend Mr. Evra, as he is thorough and will keep you aware of everything happening in your case so that you don't have to be as worried. I would also recommend him since the outcome of his court appearance could not have gone better.

Keith did a great job for me in traffic court. He met me before my appointed court date to go over the case briefly. When we entered traffic court we were able to get out in 15 minutes (when I've been on my own in the past it can take up to 3 hours). He was also able to reduce my fine by 4.5x. I'd highly recommend Keith Evra.

Keith handled my criminal case in Gwinnett County. I was caught with a felony, while already on felony probation in Fulton County. He was very hardworking and diligent, always checked up on me and kept me updated with the legal process. Quick to return e-mails and phone calls.
Although a young lawyer, he showed great maturity and poise in the courtroom, and also displayed characteristics that lawyers can't be taught in law school. He knows what has to be done, and executes it to near perfection.
One of the things I appreciated the most was him just being completely real with me. Never fed me b*llshit, and was always truthful to me as far as what had to be done and what was going to happen. I had 4 previous felonies and was caught for another, he was able to not only get me bail, but avoid jail time. Thanks to Keith I am not only able to write this review, but live my life. Need I say more?
Thanks Keith, I wish you luck in the rest of your career.

Mr. Evra was extremely thorough in my case, and kept me updated every step of the way. He was patient with my questions, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. It is clear that he cares about his clients through his professionalism and trustworthy demeanor. While on the stand the Judge commended me on my choice of lawyer. I am extremely satifisied with my outcome and will continue to highly recommend him.
