I would never use another attorney for personal injury. Tony loves his job and it shows in his work! When I retained his services, I was hopeless that anything could happen with my case. Because of him, I received a much needed surgery due to my accident. He went well beyond the call of duty. He's an amazing attorney and a good guy!

When a car failed to stop as i was turning into my driveway, i was left with a lot of pain in my neck and back from the accident. Tony was able to deal directly with both insurance companies and my chiropractor in order to get me the best possible settlement for my car accident. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. Tony was extremely helpful, when I first started the process I did not understand what to do or how I was going to handle the medical bills. When I called Tony he was extremely helpful and got everything started, Tony even met me at my house as I didn't have a vehicle I could drive down to his office at the time. I was referred to Tony Kalka by another law firm who said that my slip and fall case was too small for their law firm. I slipped on ice getting out of my truck at a gas station the morning after we had an ice storm. I was told by another lawyer that my case would be hard to prove because slip and fall cases in Georgia are difficult to litigate because of all of the different factors that can come into play during the case. I spoke with Tony and he said that I had a case and he would work hard to resolve my case. What impressed me the most was how he took the time to come to my home which is about an hour away from his office to come and talk to me. He made me feel very comfortable which was very much needed after my knee surgery due to the slip and fall. In the fall of 2009 my wife and I hosted a party at our house. Soon after the party I could not find my watch and a few other items.
