Will Smith earned his litigation stripes working in the Fulton County Solicitor General's office. During this time Will gained valuable experience learning how the State prosecuted misdemeanors ranging from Domestic Violence and Battery, to Drug and Alcohol charges. He also prosecuted individuals charged with a variety of misdemeanor offenses. After the Solicitor's office, Will joined a boutique law firm in Atlanta which focused on Federal Litigation.
Using his experience from both his previous positions, Will opened his own law firm in 2011 to help those accused of crimes in Atlanta and the surrounding metro areas. He also represents both employees and employers in a variety of employment law disputes. He has handled cases in both state and federal court and brings his considerable and versatile experience to every case he represents.
During law school Will was the President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association where he won recognition for his talents inside the courtroom. He was also a team member of the prestigious Jessup Moot Court, where he took part in a competition that featured law schools from various nations around the globe.
Prior to attending law school Will was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps where he was a member of the Marine Corps Anti-Terrorism Unit, F.A.S.T. Company. He currently resides in the Virginia Highlands, Atlanta Georgia.
