Hello -- I love being a lawyer and particularly enjoy litigating any first amendment case.  I have experience in numerous practice areas and have tried both media, domestic and criminal cases.  I have litigated issues of fraud, promissory estoppel, personal jurisdiction, domestic law and serious criminal charges -- including child molestation, rape, armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault and highjacking.  I wanted to start my own firm so I could get that wide diversity of experience in both business and personal matters.  It was hard trying criminal cases, but it made me a better lawyer and I utilize my skills to help win cases that I believe in.  Clearly, I am an avid supporter of the First Amendment and thus enjoy all the litigation in that area.  Yet, I will use my talents to handle other matters if I truly believe in the client and/or the cause.

On a personal note -- I love running.  I am an organizing member of Americans to Anywhere for Arthritis and focus most of my fund-raising efforts towards that organization.
