Don is the greatest lawyer around. He is not only an unbelievable lawyer; he is also a great person. Whenever you have a question for him, he is always willing to assist you in finding the solution. In addition, he is a great teacher, and he is so smart that it is amazing. He makes it sound so easy. All judges, both state and federal, look to him on issues of the law. It is nice when the judges can just pick up his book to cite when he argues a point. I saw a review above from a client that was negative. I doubt any of it was true. If I can be just half the lawyer he is, then my clients are in great hands.

I endorse this lawyer. Don gives the best presentations about developments in the law in the business. Not only does he make practicing lawyers think about trends and tendencies of the judiciary, but he also makes us laugh. He is also a very generous person - in short, he has what it takes to vigorously and successfully defend the rights of the accused. As far as his encyclopedic knowledge of the law is concerned, there is only one way to put it: "he has forgotten more criminal law than most criminal defense lawyers know."
