I prepared him to go into court and fight my case. But soon as he got to court and saw the accuser, his whole demeanor changed like he was expecting someone else to be the accuser. I'd say this attorney has some biases. Instead of fighting my case, he took a deal from the solicitor and tried to sell me on it. He didn't even try to negotiate the deal. When I saw that my own attorney was on the accuser's side (without a word of testimony being presented), I went ahead and took the deal. This experience showed me how innocent people can get sent to jail, if they have a bad attorney. I would not want this attorney to represent me again. He definitely did not earn the money that he collected from me in advance.

Scott was initially recommended to me from a peer. I needed assistance with a speeding ticket I didn't believe I deserved, Scott got the issue dismissed. He is very kind and I trust him completely, I would recommend him to anyone from a close friend or family member, to a perfect stranger on the streets (which I actually did in all three instances). He's wonderful and I will always think of him first if I need legal assistance.

I knew I was driving way too fast, but I was in a hurry! Scott was in the courtroom before I was, and negotiated for me to go to Defensive Driving class and pay a reduced fine. I got no points on my record and felt relieved to have someone there to help me through the daunting legal process.
