Regarding two cases where I was a party to both, John David Hadden was quite effective in negotiating debt settlements where judgements had been previously rendered prior to his assistance.

John did a great job to keep me informed. He worked hard for me and gave me great advice. I will recommend his services to all of my friends and family. Not only did i win my cast he did a excellent job of being professional and was very knowledgeable.

John is efficeint, very knowledgeable and puts you at ease when dealing with courts and law. He returns phone calls quickly, and explains exactly what is happening. You know that he is on your side.

John represented me in a car accident case after I fired my first lawyer. The first guy was someone I called after seeing a commercial on TV, and was terrible. John was so much better. He found some additional insurance coverage that my first lawyer didn't even know about. With John, I felt like I was dealing with a real lawyer, and I felt a lot more comfortable with his skills. And I could actually get him on the phone, not just some "investigator". The result was a LOT better than what my first lawyer wanted me to settle for.

I was recently referred to John by another attorney who practices family law. I am the manager of a small business, and unfortunately we were recently served with a lawsuit alleging, among other things, fraud and breach of contract by a company that we had conducted a small amount of business with a few months before. When I met with John, I was initially surprised by how young he was, even though I had done some research on him already and realized that he had an impressive background. However, after going over our case, I was amazed at the depth of his knowledge on the issues alleged in the lawsuit against us, and he immediately developed a plan for proceeding with the case. After he filed our response to the lawsuit, he was able to convince the other side to dismiss the case without the possibility of refiling, and we were not required to pay anything to settle.

It was an altogether great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I am a business owner in Atlanta and when I discovered a false comment/review on line about myself and my business, I contacted John..not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful, his efforts got this false review of me removed from the website within a week of sending me the draft of the letter...I would totally recommend him....he was very respsonsive and his actions got this removed for me far quicker than I ever imagined...I will definitely use him again for any legal needs should they come up.

John assisted me with a legal matter recently and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the law. He saw several things in my case that were missed from my previous lawyer.
