Handling any criminal matter in Georgia or immigration courts nationwide, Jessica has the reputation of pushing the envelope and challenging common practices in order to uphold and protect one’s constitutional rights and the basic principles of fairness. A person is not defined by the worst thing they (may) have done in life.
Jessica has litigated well over a thousand felony cases. She has done careful investigation and skillful research, along with strategic negotiations with dozens of government attorneys. She maintains effective client communication. She's argued hundreds of motions arguments before different judges, and she confidently has the willingness to force the state to prove its case at a jury trial.
Jessica not only views successes in the trials and motions she has won, but also in the dismissals and reductions, in arguments that change a judge’s view on a sentencing statute or evidentiary law, and most importantly in the overall satisfaction of her clients.
Jessica is on the board of the Atlanta Bar Association's Women in the Profession and Criminal Law sections, a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
She is admitted to practice in any Georgia Superior Court, the GA Court of Appeals, the GA Supreme Court, the United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia, and Immigration Courts nationwide.
