Jonathan Sexton started out working for a well-respected and highly successful Plaintiff's firm in Atlanta as a clerk and worked his way to an associate position. Later he left that position to start his own practie with another attorney and eventually started the firm as it is now in 1994. Jonathan is a professed Christian serving as a teacher and deacon at his local church, Rock Springs Church in Milner, Georgia and serves as chairman of the board of Rock Springs Christian Academy. Jonathan is married to JoAnna since 1998 and has three beautiful girls that keep him occupied when there is any free time. He loves horse back riding, animals of any kind, boating and camping and lives on a small hobby farm in Barnesville, Georgia.
Licensed since 1991
Jon is an excellent personal in jury attorney. I attended law school with him and have referred him many clients (including several family members) over the years for which he has done outstanding work. I had the occassion to work with him on a few matters, although Personal injury work is not a core practice area for myself. He is very detail oriented and will take his targeted defendant to the mat, unlike a lot of the big advertising attorneys that simply want to settle cases like an assembly line. Interestingly, he ends up handling a lot of other attorney's problem cases (...ones where the client wants a fair settlement.) The clients I have referred to him have been impressed not only with their settlements, but his professionalism and approachability.
