I HAD THE PRIVIEGE OF HAVING MS. MILLER REPRESENT ME WHEN I HAD RECEIVED SEVERAL TICKETS FOR NUMEROUS VIOLATIONS. I HAD AN EXPIRED TIAG, NO INSURANCE AND A SPEEDING TICKET. SHE WENT TO COURT WITH ME AND MADE ME FEEL SO AT EASE. SHE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN COURT AND JUST BY HER MERE PRESENCE AND THE WAY SHE CONDUCTED HERSELF IN COURT, I KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. SHE WAS ABLE TO GET MY EXPIRED TAG AND NO INSURANCE TICKETS DROPPED. I PLEAD NO LO ON THE SPEEDING TICKET AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY POINTS. MS. MILLER IS VERY PERSONALBE YET VERY CONFIDENT AND KNOWS HER STUFF. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE WAY SHE JUST TOOK CHARGE AND DISCUSSED MY CASE WITH THE SOLICITOR AND WAS ABLE TO MY SITUATION WORKED OUT. SHE IS THE BEST AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE MS. MILLER AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND HER EVERY CHANCE I GET.

Ms. Miller is one of the most compassionate and proficient lawyers that I have dealt with both in my personal life and business experience. She is well-organized and follows through with all aspects of her clients' case. I would highly recommend her to handle any type of case but especially all forms of drug or alcohol related charges. She recently helped me with a personal case and provided all the help, support, and hand-holding needed to give our family comfort during this situation. I have worked with her on many substance abuse related cases professionally and have found her to go above and beyond in making sure that all of her clients get the best outcome for their situation.

My son received a super speeder ticket in GA and she represented us. Both before and after getting a call returned or getting items follow up on were impossible. Going in she say the state DDS may send a letter saying the license would be suspended and if so send it to here and she would handle it. Sent it and bugged her for weeks to follow up as she said she would be she never did. I called DDS and they said they levied a second charge and suspended his license for 6 month. DDS did indicate he could get a limited permit to drive to and from school and work and it needed to be signed by the judge. I printed it out, filled it out, scanned and sent to Suesan and have bugged her at least a dozen times to get it signed and guess what, a month later and NOTHING. Wish I would have paid with a credit card instead of check so I could dispute the charge.

I hired Suesan in March of 2013 for Criminal Defense. My wife attacked me and called the cops on me twice. First in May of 2012, and again in February of 2013. I had another lawyer for the first case but they offered me pretrial intervention so I took it. I was three weeks away from completing the PTI when I was arrested again for the same thing. They revoked my PTI and I was facing 2 or 3 counts of battery family violence, plus a couple of cruelty to children charges. I knew I wasn't guilty but things were not looking good for me.
My counselor in my FVIP program recommended Suesan so I gave her a call. I was out of town at the time, and ended up hiring her over the phone after our first conversation. I felt like she really listened to me, without judgment, which can be hard to do when facing these kinds of charges. The courts sure look at you like you're guilty. That whole innocent until proven guilty thing is a crock.
When I got back in town and turned myself in, Suesan met me that morning for my bond hearing. My bond was much lower than I expected.
I spent the next 6 weeks preparing for my trial, during which there was never a time where I couldn't get in touch with Suesan for a phone call or a meeting. Sometimes she was in court, but she always called me back that same day. She never made me feel like I was a burden or that she didn't have time for me. Not once.
I spent a majority of the 6 weeks preparing for trial emailing and communicating with her assistant Stacy. I can't say enough good things about Stacy, she really went above and beyond, and helped to make one of the most difficult times in my life bearable.
I actually started to feel bad that she spent so much time on my case. I probably called or emailed Stacy at least once a day throughout the whole 6 weeks, with a question, an answer, or some more evidence or angles to discuss. (our evidence folder was almost 300 pages)
Unlike a divorce lawyer (as I'm learning), Suesan charges one fee, up front. You don't get another bill. So naturally, one would think that they wouldn't pay you as much attention since they are not making any more money. That could not be farther from the truth with Suesan Miller. Personally I think she should charge a bit more, I was that satisfied with the whole experience.
I only got to see Suesan once in court, at my bond revocation hearing. (she was at my bond hearing as well, but I was in put back in a cell during that hearing) She was confident, competent, and I felt like I was in good hands. They could have revoked my bond (my old lawyer told me "they're gonna put you in jail") but they didn't as Suesan got us on the very next trial calendar which was two weeks away.
At trial, the State ended up dropping the charges. I was almost disappointed we didn't get to try the case, I was that confident in Suesan and the case we had prepared.
So would I recommend Suesan to a friend or family member? Absolutely.
Would I hire her again? Absolutely, although I'm really hoping I never need another criminal defense lawyer. But if I do, I'm calling Suesan. She got me everything I could have asked for and I could not be happier with the whole experience. Suesan is Awesome!!!

Ms. Miller is an excellent attorney and the results spoke for themself. She took the time to get to know me and was very thorough throughout the process so I felt I was up to speed on all the various facets of my case.
When I met with her throughout the process she was very professional yet also made me feel at ease so that I didn't feel I was work with an "attorney" but someone who cared about my well being and getting the best legal care possible.
I also was impressed with her passion in the court room. I knew I had someone fighting for me that truly cared and left nothing behind to ensure she was successful in defending me.
If you ever need an attorney do not hesitate to contact Ms. Miller....she is simply the best out there.
Lawyer’s Comment:
I'm truly sorry this client was unhappy with his service from this firm. However, he posted this before his case was even through. I did return his e-mails and I did speak with him on the phone, about this matter. I did ask the Judge to sign the waiver she said No. I then scheduled a specially set, walk in hearing, to plea his case again and to see if I could get the Judge to sign the waiver. We walked into court and we got the waiver signed. I even sent a partial refund to the client when I realized he was unhappy (and before I read this review.) His response was that he was tearing up the check because I really did come through for them in the end. I work very hard for each and every client that I have, and certainly try to the best of my ability to make sure every clients needs are met.
