My name is Jim Bass. I was an electrical engineer for 15 years before returning to law school. I've practiced in a number of areas, from patent law, to creditor's rights, to entertainment law, to commercial litigation. However, when my youngest daughter was born with special needs I started spending more and more time dealing with her issues. Then I started representing other families with special needs individuals, either children or elderly loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer's. After a while I moved the focus of my practice to Probate, Elder and Special Needs Law.
I assist clients with estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, wills, trusts, special needs trusts, probate matters, and special education matters.
If you have a question, please don't hesitate to call my office and ask! We are always glad to help.

Jim is one of the best in the business. Very easy to work with and responsive to his clients' needs. He takes a personal, caring approach to each client's matter. Jim also has a top-notch staff that is able to keep his client's informed of where their case stands. I would recommend Bass Green, PC to my friends and family.
