Timothy Francis White

About me

I handle every aspect of each client's case.  Every letter needed to be written is done so by me, personally.  I do all the legal research in every case.  Trusting a non-lawyer to find me the laws that apply to your case is not the way I practice law.  I am aggressive, but completely professional in court.  Opposing attorneys are my colleagues, not my enemies.  With 17 years of courtroom experience, I am happy to take your case to a jury trial.  I am not intimidated by political pressure from anyone.  Fear of "rocking the boat" has never been an issue for me when it comes to representing my clients.

I readily accept cases throughout north Georgia.  It doesn't matter where your case is, I'll represent you the best I can.  You'll not have to worry about driving to me.  I'll meet you wherever it is convenient.  Even if I have to come to your home, I'll do it to earn your business.

My practice is always changing due to always-evolving technology.  I get calls from people all across the United States wanting me to represent them.  Most of them have traffic tickets they received while driving in Georgia.  I represent people regardless of where they live.  Many of these clients I never met in person, but I handled their cases to their complete satisfaction.

I can be reached seven days a week and am happy to speak with folks on weekends.  After all, your legal matter is urgent and very important to you.  You need a lawyer that is available outside of regular business hours to assist you when YOU need help.  Call me and you'll not be transferred to legal assistants or paralegals that know nothing about the law or your particular case.  The number one bar complaint is that an attorney will not return client phone calls.  That never happens with me.  If I represent you, you'll always have access to me.   And, everything about your case, from the laws involved, to all available strategies, will be discussed with you, in detail.

If being able to speak with your lawyer when you need to is important to you. If you insist upon having a lawyer that is able to try your case in front of a jury, if necessary. And if you insist upon a detail-oriented, extremely thorough lawyer handling your case, your search has ended.  Call me now!  (770) 893-7273.

Over the past 20 years of practicing law in the same jurisdiction and matters as Tim I have never seen a more ethical and intelligent attorney! His ability to analyze the law and legal principles then apply them to his client's facts and circumstances to achieve the best possible outcome is far superiour to most other attorneys in the State of Georgia. His litigation skills in a courtroom is phenomenal! As an attorney myself I would not have any doubts or regrets in having Tim represent me, a family member a or a friend on any matter.
