My experience with Jason was an overall great one. He was very informed on my certain issue and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I feel as though he was more informed an brought up certain points that other lawyers may have missed. Would definately recommend him to anyone.

Jason, from the start was very straight forward. I greatly appreciated his honesty as it related to the potential outcome of the multiple charges that were pending. I felt he was more than fair with his rates that he charged. The bottom line, Jason produced results that excided my expectations as it related to what the case involved. This case involved multiple court dates and I was impressed with his staffs attention to details as well as the appropriate correspondence. We never felt like we didn't have someone in our corner.

It is often incorrectly assumed that when a person is arrested for a crime that he/she must be guilty. The very act of having to hire representation carries with it shadows of shame and guilt, which is why being able to find a fair and friendly attorney like Jason Swindle is so invaluable. I needed to hire a Criminal Defense Attorney after I was unfortunate enough to get into a bad situation in Douglas County, Georgia. Mr. Swindle was recommended to me by a very dear family friend who is an attorney in Perry, Ga. I needed to move back to Texas to get my life back in order, and I didn't really know how to handle the trouble in Douglas County Ga. while living in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Swindle was very honest and he seemed genuinely concerned about me and the trouble in Douglas County. Mr. Swindle told me up front to be patient and continue following the orders on the bond agreement, and that everything would be ok. He seems to have a good working relationship with the DA, and he kept me informed quite often as to the progression of my case. I never even met Mr. Swindle in person until the day we went to court, but I felt as though I knew him quite well even before we met in person. The court date was set and I came in from San Antonio to appear in court. My parents were with me in court, and they too have been effected by all this trouble. Mr.Swindle was able to get my charges of 4 felonies dropped and was only charged with 1 misdemeanor and 12 months probation. Mr. Swindle was very professional and comforting in the court room. I'm 50 years old and I had never been in any type of trouble, so this was all new to me. I had tickets for DUI, Aggressive driving and Speeding. Mr. Swindle got the DUI dropped and the other 2 put into one ticket. I was very satisfied with him and he did a very good job. And his staff was very good also.
