When trying to get a record restriction it would not hurt to hire a trained professional. Usually you have to contact the office that prosecuted you and convince them to sign the records restriction forms aka expungement forms. The laws in Georgia has recently changed as it relates to a person removing things from a criminal record. I don't believe your conviction would be eligible for removal under the new law. However, an executive pardon is an option.
