A few years ago this attorney assisted me in a challenge to a State of Georgia administrative hearing, where the agency had attempted to make me personally responsible for an action at my company that my company personnel felt had been handled correctly. We attended a meeting at their offices in downtown Atlanta. After two hours of discussion, with three agency personnel, Rusbridge and myself, where atty was not knowledgeable about the scope of the inquiry, the law they were operating under, nor the specifics of my defense...he simply suggested I accept their position, pay $11,000 in fines, (for selling a $500 item which buyer claimed was incorrectly described) and end the case. No way was I going to do that. I declared bankruptcy instead. Mr. Rusbridge was absolutely no help to me in that episode.
