I am a native of Gwinnett County, Georgia and have extensive litigation experience in representing individual, corporate, and institutional clients in a variety of legal disputes. I initially started my legal career at a very well-respected insurance defense firm in Atlanta, Swift Currie McGhee & Hiers. After practicing for several years in Atlanta, I moved back to Gwinnett County and worked with Webb, Tanner, Powell, Mertz & Wilson, LLP for 10 years before moving to Andersen Tate & Carr in January 2014.
My practice primarily focuses on disputes involving wills, trusts, and estates. I represent clients in all phases of litigation, including filing pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for hearings and trial. I also engage in settlement discussions and negotiations with my clients in an effort to resolve their disputes prior to lengthy litigation in an attempt to preserve client resources. My practice also includes assisting families with guardianships, conservatorships, and all aspects of probate administration.
