You will need to hire an attorney in Georgia. Every corporation must be registered in Georgia if they are operating in Georgia and will need to have a registered agent to accept service for the law suit. It is important to hire an attorney experienced in slip and falls as ice cases can be incredibly difficult to navigate past summary judgment. Make sure that they are experienced in the litigation process and have actually received sizable settlements against corporations.
