While Attorney Baylor was representing me for a bankruptcy my car was illegally repossesed by the financing company and I was not behind on my payments. It occured on Christmas and my attorney was not back in the office until after the New Year. I no longer wanted the car back by that time and wanted sanctions because the company illegally repossessed the car and did not have relief of the court to do so. Attorney Baylor is good for a bankruptcy, but when it comes to pleading a case and asking the right questions and crossexaming in a trial she is not competent. Althought technically I won my case. It did not feel like a victory. She did not make the otherside produce any documentation. My evidence and it was used again me and I was the plaintiff in the case. Again for any trial law please find someone who is skilled in trial law because Attorney Baylor is not!
