About Me

Houston Smith graduated from Duke University and then from the
University of Georgia School of Law. He practiced insurance defense law
for eight years before switching to a catastrophic personal injury and
wrongful death practice involving premises liability, medical
malpractice and standard negligence.

Tissue Injuries In Georgia (Harrison Co. 1998), Houston has
contributed articles as co-author to the plaintiffs’ bar including “Representing

“, chairs and speaks at seminars for the

Board to the Journal of
