David was of fantastic help during my divorce. He kept me apprised of all the forms, court dates, and actions I needed to take. He was very prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. He was very kind, patient and understanding.

Mr. Hibbert is relaxed and friendly but very professional and competent. He handled a personal injury matter for me and obtained a very satisfactory settlement. His research and knowledge were commendable.
An Attorney who keeps in touch with you and gets the job done is priceless.

David has represented me in several issues from a divorce to a car accident to name but a few. As a client that has used other esquires prior I must say David is above average in his fairness, caring for his clients and his detail to work in trying to make sure the case comes out in your favour. I have refered David to others knowing that they will get the "best possible care" in any legal situation. David is a fair man a man with integrity and morals. Over the years my husband and I have come to regard David as a friend not just our esquire. David's knowledge of the law and keen sense of people indeed makes him stand out. As with most lawyers they are so busy with court etc. there are times we have had to play telephone tag however David always makes sure he gets back to you. David understands we panic and think out issues are urgent when truly they aren't as bad as we think. Many a time David has had to play physcologist and calm me down. David has a kind heart in which is also rare in this business. David goes "above and beyond" for every client. I never intend to use any other esquire/lawyer. I personally don't feel I would recieve the care honesty and knowledge of the law with anyone else. I am proud to reccomend David Hibbert to anyone and everyone. Carrie Slay
