$1 Million Judgment - Breach of Real Estate Sales Contract

Description: I represented an Atlanta landowner against a developer which contracted to purchase lots in a neighborhood development. When the developer refused, I brought suit on behalf of the landowner, and was successful in obtaining a judgment for specific performance. When the developer breached the order for specific performance, we obtained a judgment for the purchase price, plus attorney's fees. I successfully defended the judgment from being discharged in bankruptcy when the developer sought to avoid the judgment.
