About Me
I am a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent Office. I have been practicing patent law since 1994. Prior to beginning law school at the University of Georgia School of Law in 1991, I was a Senior Associate Engineer with IBM, where I designed logic circuits employed in the central processing units of the AS/400 computer. I was a lecturer at the Coordimento Interuniversitario Veneto per le Nanotechnologia (www.civen.org) from 2004 through 2007, where I taught the "Intellectual Property in Nanotechnology" module of the International Masters Degree in Nanotechnology jointly offered by the University of Padua, the University of Venice and the University of Verona. My practice is limited to issues involving patents, trade marks, copyrights and trade secrets. My services include procuring and perfecting intellectual property rights, counseling clients about intellectual property issues and intellectual property litigation. |
