Three reasons that you should NOT do this: (1) what you say to the prosecutor CAN and WILL be used against you later; (2) when you are a clueless lamb, you don't walk into the wolf's lair and ask for directions; and (3) everyone in America is entitled to legal counsel to represent their interests. If you cannot afford an attorney, a court will appoint counsel. Don't self immolate. Use common sense and get an attorney.

Real attorneys are in COURT daily. If your phone call is not answered by the attorney, did the staff give you any guidance as to when to expect a callback? It sounds like the attorney had a decent game plan for your case, so have a little faith in your selected attorney.

If you can prove the owner's actual knowledge of the mold, yo may have a claim with some teeth. You should consult with a civil attorney familiar with environmental hazards. You and your family may also need to be checked for any respiratory issues relating to the mold contamination, which may not be readily apparent unless coughing or breathing issues have occurred. Hit and run in all jurisdictions is a serious driving offenses. You need to consult an experienced attorney immediately. Do not give any statements, including to insurance carriers, without an attorney. Look up Ryan Russman to ask for his help or his referral, if he cannot handle it. He is in Exeter.

You may have a way to attack this claim, but it has many unanswered facts to be uncovered. Was your probation "tolled" by court order? Who called for the tolling, a State official or a private probation company official? What notice did they send? Did you miss a scheduled meeting with probation? Then decide: will I pay an attorney thousands or just complete the conditions and get my record cleared? This is a personal choice, but also a financial one.

Your question, as posed is disjunctive and not at all clear. But, no citizen facing criminal charges has to either sign a form or be "deemed" guilty. In fact, 100% opposite occurs in criminal court. If you stand MUTE when criminal charges are read to you, the court always enters a "Not guilty" plea for the accused.egal issue seems to be about visitation rights for a grandchild --- which is not a criminal matter. You may need to get an attorney to work on this. Many times attorneys who are regularly in local courts can assist with this process. Recent changes in GA law should allow you to clean up your record by keeping your nose clean and following the statutory steps to get the conviction removed. This clears up the state record, but not the NCIC.
