    • I recommend David Farnham.
    • I hired David 1-3 years ago.
    • David handled my Criminal Defense matter.

My parents hired Mr Farnham about two years ago to represent me. I was falsely accused of four counts of armed robbery , aggravated assault , possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and other charges so that I was actually facing 17 counts and over 100 plus years in prison and I had never been in trouble. We went to a jury trial in Walton County Georgia. Mr Farnham was EXCELLENT especially cross examining the States witnesses. The jury found me innocent on ALL 17 counts. You can check out the verdict in the clerks office. State v Phillip Cross. In the Walton County Superior Court. I don't have the words to say about what he has done for me. But I'm a free man.

    • I recommend David Farnham.
    • I hired David more than 3 years ago.
    • David handled my Car / Auto Accident matter.
    • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.

I was in a motorcycle accident when the driver
of a van crossed right in front of me. I hit the van
dead center. I had life support emergency treatment
and severe injuries with over 300 k in medical
bills. Mr Farnham won me a settlement that paid all
my medical bills and put nearly a million dollars in my pocket. I was very impressed

David took my case then gave it to another who just took his bar exam. David took $21,000 from me for filing the case, took 2 depositions (the same afternoon), wrote the settlement, which was not worth the paper it was written on. I had to hire another lawyer to undo the damage that David did.. I asked him over and over for itemized billing statements. I only received 2 letters saying that I gave him a retainer for $15,000 and the bill was $15,000. Nice round numbers. I sent him my 3 checks that he deposited, for $21,000. He NEVER returned the balance of $5,000. I can prove everything - his two letters admitting that he only gave me $15,000 and my 3 checks cashed by him for $21,000. Do the math!

      Lawyer Comment:

This matter was thoroughly reviewed by the State Bar of Georgia Fee Arbitration Board by a panel of lay citizens and lawyers and this claim was denied. I have represented thousands of clients in 27 years of practice and tried over 92 jury trials to verdict . What this client did not state in this comment was that I achieved a settlement for her exceeding $200,000.00.

I went to trial with this lawyer in Athens, Georgia where I was falsely accused of aggravated assault charges. I had a five day trial and Mr. Farnham proved that police officers and the alleged victim gave false statements about me. I was looking at twenty years for a false accusation. I can't say enough about what this man has done for me.

    • David handled my Divorce / Separation matter.
    • I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

Mr. Farnham represented me in a divorce case and
custody was my major concern. Even though the Guardian
Ad Litem recommended custody for my husband based upon
false accusations, Mr. Farnham impeached the Guardian and my
husband at trial with evidence the Guardian should have found and the judge ruled in my favor. I am eternally grateful to this man.

I recommend that you go to the courthouse in Metro Atlanta - Dekalb County, Fulton County, Henry County,.... and pull some of his cases. You will see that my case was withdrawn twice and after he was fired/'quit' he still represented me (without my knowledge) in a mediation. The other lawyers called the mediation in response to my case being dismissed (twice) and they wanted to be compensated for their time. I found out months after it took place by going to the court house and reviewing my own court case.
