Tracy represented a parent in a modification of support and contempt action in which I served as the mediator appointed by the local ADR Office. In her representation of her client, Tracy was thorough, honest and supportive. Most significantly to me, Tracy empowered her client to be in control of her own life and to make the final decision. For the short and long-term, such a stance by an attorney, in my view, is most beneficial to such parties/parents as they navigate through divorces and post-divorce matters.
