Review Matthew Nasrallah

About Me

Mathew G. Nasrallah, born in Tampa, Florida, is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., 1987) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1993). He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia and is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Georgia and Florida. Mr. Nasrallah's primary areas of practice are civil trial work, personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance coverage disputes, contract and commercial disputes, and maritime and admiralty law. For example a large part of his practice over the past 10 years has been devoted to cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, insurance bad faith, pleasure boat and scuba diving accidents, large equipment defect/warranty and construction disputes, and representation of victims of violent crimes including rape and child molestation.

He has extensive experience in all phases of federal and state trial practice, appellate practice, and pretrial mediation and arbitration. Mr. Nasrallah is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Christian Legal Society. As the Chairman of the Amicus Committee for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association since 2004 and a member of the committee since 1998, Matt has been involved in dozens of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage and constitutional cases in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mr. Nasrallah is married to former Angelia L. Boles of Jacksonville, Florida, and has five children, four boys and a girl.
