NBC issues Notice of Intent to Deny allegding that the prospective adoptive parent has breached the duty of candor. Actually, propsective adoptive parent simply forgot a minor incident 20 years ago. Have won approximately 12 cases on this issue

Case was reversed and remanded to trial court in favor of Petitioners.
Court Holding: Georgia Superior Courts have jurisdiction to finalize the adoption of a child born outside of the United States. Neither adoptee nor prospective adoptive parents are required under Georgia Statutory Law to be United States Citizens in order for a Judge in Georgia to finalize the adoption.
