Stephen M. Worrall

Stephen M. Worrall is an experienced family law and wills, trusts and estate planning attorney in Marietta, Georgia. He concentrates his practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, adoption and prenuptial agreements. He also helps families plan to protect their assets and their children in the event of their death or incapacity, and to transfer their whole wealth – their financial, intellectual, and spiritual assets – to their loved ones.

Steve is committed to being a different kind of lawyer and doing things differently in his areas of practice. He chose to practice in the area of matrimonial law because of his desire to help people in a difficult period of their life. Divorce can be a very emotional and trying time. His goal is to guide his clients through the divorce process as efficiently and painlessly as possible, while protecting children from the turmoil of divorce, and to that end, he has been trained in the use of collaborative law. Steve is an Atlanta native and has lived in Cobb County all of his life. He graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1983. He practiced in the Buckhead area of Atlanta from 1983 until 1995, when he opened his own practice in his hometown suburb in Marietta. He is married and is a dad to three children. He is involved in his community in local business groups and local theater and arts organizations.
